Where To From Here?

It's not often that I'm totally lost and can't find a direction, but the current choices don't seem to be any choice at all. I can be like #45 and take a drug not recommended; or I can be like my neighbor who only comes out about 5-6 AM to exercise, or garden. I can refuse to wear a mask, while requiring those around me to wear their's; or, like my neighbor, I can have groceries/hot food delivered.

None of it seems to be any way forward. Hope something gets clear pretty soon.
